1.History, as approved by the compliance team
Founded in 2036 by municipal decree, on the site of a club that had existed since 1951. That club was dissolved the same morning, so its history could be transferred to the new entity at book value. The first squad was assembled by recalling every Chinese international playing abroad. Each received a letter, a contract and a strong recommendation, in that order.
PEFA admitted the club to the Synergy Draft™ pool after a single meeting. Its minutes record the meeting as "productive" and its attendees decline to describe it. Red Star does not sell Chinese players: a clause in its articles reclassifies them as strategic national assets. Exporting one requires approval from a committee that has never been convened.
2.Designated rivalries
3.Disclosed risk factor
Player registrations may be subject to export controls outside the discretion of the club or PEFA.
Figures are listing figures as filed on admission, stated after the 2036 broadcast settlement. TokTok reach is printed on every asset, as the PEFA™ media kit requires. Past performance is irrelevant.
