PEFA™ notes supporter-trust proceedings (not material)

PEFA notes reports of proceedings brought by a number of legacy supporter trusts.

PEFA does not recognise legacy supporter-trust “litigation”. PEFA does not consider these proceedings material.

PEFA respects the passion of supporters, which it has measured, and which remains within tolerance. Supporters with concerns are invited to raise them through Supporter Services, where every message is received, valued and answered.
