PEFA™ concludes settlement with the domestic associations

Luxembourg ·

PEFA today announced that it has concluded a settlement with the domestic football associations.

Under the settlement, the associations surrender their marks, and no club that remains in a domestic competition may be named on any Superior League surface. Players who join the Superior League from those clubs will be listed without the name of the club they left.

To reflect the new broadcast terms, club budgets, valuations and transfer fees were marked up 80% on admission to the Superior League.

The domestic competitions continue, and PEFA wishes them well.

“Nobody has lost anything they will be allowed to mention.”

— A. Kvist, General Counsel
